Home made pasta


I got an Imperia pasta crank for Christmas. I have been making pasta on and off since then. I use this recipe. From what I read, if you dry pasta with a raw egg it won't give you salmonella  but, goodness gracious, don't take my word on that (and sue me, haha). The recipe I linked is actually egg free, so no worries.

I use clothes hangers for a cheap pasta drying rack.

Homemade pasta cooks much quicker, so be vigilant when cooking.

  2. My sister just offered me a pasta maker. I don't know if I really want to try this, but when I visit in a couple of weeks, we'll be trying it anyway. I may have to come back for your recipe link.

  3. I have a basic pasta make. Haven't tried it yet. Wanting to try. I have an indoor drying rack for laundry, I bet that would work great. :)
